General Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) –

Any person using the website of the COMPLEXE HOTELIER DE ROISSY - VILLEPINTE PARC DES EXPOSITIONS for booking purposes must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts in accordance with the law.

 

Article 1: Purpose of these GTC
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern all reservations made with the COMPLEXE HOTELIER DE ROISSY - VILLEPINTE PARC DES EXPOSITIONS, located in Villepinte, France. They define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of hotel room reservations and associated services. Any reservation made implies full and unconditional acceptance of these GTC.

 

Article 2: Pre-contractual information (Pursuant to Article L.221-5 of the French Consumer Code)
In accordance with the provisions of Article L.221-5 of the French Consumer Code, the customer is informed before concluding the contract about the main characteristics of the services provided, the total price of the reserved services, and the terms of payment and execution.

2.1. Dispute resolution method
In case of a dispute concerning the service provided, the customer is informed that they may resort to a consumer mediator free of charge. In accordance with Articles L.616-1 and following of the French Consumer Code, the hotel provides customers with a mediator to attempt an amicable resolution of any dispute. 2.2. Right of withdrawal
According to Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, hotel room reservation services, when provided for a specific date or period, are not subject to the right of withdrawal. Therefore, the customer is informed that they do not benefit from a withdrawal period to cancel a confirmed reservation. However, cancellation conditions may apply according to the terms specified at the time of booking.

2.3. Pricing
Applicable rates are those indicated at the time of booking, in euros, including all taxes (TTC). Prices include the applicable tourist tax but do not include breakfast unless explicitly stated in the offer. The breakfast price is 15 euros per person for the "Paris Time" breakfast and 21 euros per person for the "French Morning" breakfast, which must be added to the room rate if not included in the selected offer.

2.4. Telephone marketing opt-out list
In accordance with Article L.223-2 of the French Consumer Code, the customer has the right to register on the telephone marketing opt-out list (BLOCTEL), accessible at the following address: https://www.bloctel.gouv.fr.

 

Article 3: Online dispute resolution platform
In accordance with Article L.616-2 of the French Consumer Code, the customer has the option to use the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform for any complaint related to an online reservation. This platform is accessible at: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.

Article 4: Booking and payment terms
4.1. Reservation
Reservations can be made through the hotel's website, by phone, or in person. They become firm and final upon receipt of the hotel's confirmation by email. The hotel reserves the right to refuse a reservation if payment has not been made under the agreed conditions.

4.2. Payment
Reservations can be paid by credit card, bank transfer, or any other means indicated at the time of booking. A deposit or full payment may be required depending on the tariff conditions specified at the time of booking. In case of non-payment, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation without notice.

Article 5: Cancellation and modification conditions
5.1. Cancellation by the customer
The cancellation conditions are specified at the time of booking and may vary depending on the specific rates and offers chosen. In the absence of specific conditions, cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled arrival date will incur a fee equivalent to one night's stay.

5.2. Reservation modification
Any modification of the reservation must be validated by the hotel. Modifications are subject to availability and may result in additional charges.

Article 6: Hotel liability
6.1. General liability
The COMPLEXE HOTELIER DE ROISSY - VILLEPINTE PARC DES EXPOSITIONS is committed to providing the services described on its website and during booking, subject to availability. However, it cannot be held responsible for the non-execution or poor execution of the reservation due to the customer, force majeure, or a third party.

6.2. Unfair clauses
According to Articles L.212-1 and R.212-1 of the French Consumer Code, any clause intended to create a significant imbalance to the detriment of the consumer is deemed unwritten. The hotel cannot include exoneration or limitation of liability clauses in case of damages caused by its own faults or negligence. Any clause excessively limiting consumer rights will be considered abusive and unenforceable.

Article 7: Force majeure
In the event of force majeure (unpredictable, irresistible events beyond the parties' control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, etc.), the hotel reserves the right to cancel or modify the reservation without any compensation for the customer. Payments made may be refunded or postponed according to the hotel's policy.

Article 8: Personal data
Personal data collected during booking is necessary for managing the reservation and ensuring a smooth stay. It may also be used for commercial prospecting unless the customer explicitly objects. In accordance with the French Data Protection Act, the customer has the right to access, rectify, object to, and delete their personal data, which they can exercise by contacting the hotel at: resa@hotel-parcexpo.com.

Article 9: Applicable law and competent jurisdiction
These GTC are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute and after an attempt at amicable resolution, the customer may refer the matter to the competent jurisdiction under the rules established by the French Code of Civil Procedure. The customer may choose between the jurisdiction of their place of residence or the location where the service was provided, in accordance with Article R.631-3 of the French Consumer Code.

Article 10: Modification of the GTC
The COMPLEXE HOTELIER DE ROISSY - VILLEPINTE PARC DES EXPOSITIONS reserves the right to modify these GTC at any time. The applicable GTC are those in effect on the date of the customer's reservation.
